1-I use ps5 and I do them choosing the colours I want to use on each part of the picture, painting on new layers with those colours and then set the layers to ‘color’, I use some softlight too to give some light to the picture. Then I add a psd and that’s it :)

2- Kate is no one, it can be you if you want! haha
